We understand that effective communication and prompt resolution of issues are vital for maintaining a conducive learning environment. This platform is designed to ensure that your concerns and grievances are addressed efficiently and fairly.
Scope of Grievances:
Students can approach the Grievances Cell with concerns regarding:
- Academic matters such as grading, evaluation, examination procedures, and teaching quality.
- Administrative issues including admission procedures, fee payment, infrastructure facilities, and maintenance.
- Harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct within the college community.
- Any other legitimate concerns affecting their academic or personal well-being within the college environment.
How to Lodge a Grievance:
Procedure for Online Submission:
- Visit the page student’s Feedback on college website.
- Click on the following Link or copy the same in google:

- Fill out the online grievance form with accurate details.
Procedure for Offline Submission:
- Write your complaint addressing to convenor of Student’s Grivences Cell on a plain paper.
- Attach any necessary documents or evidence to support your complaint.
- Submit the Application either in person or via mail or directly can put in suggestions box.
Grievance Redressal Process:
Upon receipt of a grievance, the Grievances Cell will initiate a prompt investigation to assess the validity of the complaint. The process involves:
- Reviewing the submitted grievance and associated evidence.
- Conducting necessary inquiries and consultations with relevant stakeholders.
- Formulating appropriate measures for resolution, which may include mediation, counseling, or disciplinary action as warranted.
- Communicating the outcome to the concerned student(s) within a reasonable time frame.
Confidentiality and Fairness:
All grievances will be handled with utmost confidentiality, and every effort will be made to ensure fairness and impartiality in the resolution process. Students can rest assured that their identities and concerns will be treated with the highest level of discretion and respect.
