NOT ME BUT YOU
Objectives:
- To encourage young NSS volunteers to develop their personality through community service.
To motivate NSS volunteers for continuing their selfless service towards community work. - To understand community in which they work.
- To identify the needs and problems of the community and involve them in problem solving.
- To develop among them a sense of social and civic responsibility.
- To practice National Integration and Social Harmony.
- To acquire leadership qualities and democratic attitudes.
- To develop capacity to meet emergencies and natural disasters.
- To understand themselves in relation to their community.
Activities Organised by NSS:
- Three One Day Camps throughout the year
- One Special Seven Day Camp in a year
- Tree Plantation
- Cleanliness Drive
- Blood Donation Camps
- Rallies on various issues like Water Conservation, Literacy, Stubble burning, Women Empowerment, Communal Harmony, Health Education and relief work during natural calamities.
