INTRODUCTION:
Welcome to the Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) at Markanda National College Shahabad Markanda, The ICC is committed to creating a safe and respectful campus environment by addressing and resolving complaints of sexual harassment and discrimination. Our goal is to ensure that all members of our college community feel valued, respected, and supported.
WHAT WE DO:
- Receive Complaints: The ICC receives and addresses complaints related to sexual harassment, discrimination, and other forms of misconduct.
- Investigate Complaints: Our committee conducts thorough and impartial investigations into reported incidents, ensuring due process and confidentiality.
- Provide Support: We offer support and guidance to complainants throughout the complaint resolution process, prioritizing their well-being and safety.
- Implement Preventive Measures: The ICC works to prevent sexual harassment and discrimination through awareness campaigns, training programs, and policy advocacy.
REPORTING A COMPLAINT:
If you have experienced or witnessed sexual harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct, you can report it to the ICC. Reports can be submitted in person, via email and contact through phone.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
We understand the sensitive nature of complaints and respect the confidentiality of all parties involved. All information shared with the ICC is treated with the utmost confidentiality, and only authorized personnel have access to it.
