About Science Department
The Department of Science commenced in 1971 with Non Medical and Medical Stream. The science department of college is working on demand and necessity of nearby locality. It started computer Science subject at graduation level with the approval of DGHE Panchkula (Haryana) and affiliating University, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. At present the science department has well equipped physics lab, Chemistry Lab and two computer labs with Wi-Fi connectivity with the strength of 100 students at entry level. Along with graduation degree, students can do certificate course, diploma and advanced diploma in ICT. Recently college has started 30 Hrs certificate course in Web designing also. The students of science department are prepared to get admission in higher degree courses, research institute and specially to get employment in Govt. and PSU’s sectors. Alumni Association of science department always took interest to guide the current students through interactive programs.
